Justin’s Nut Butter Packets: A favorite of nutritionists. They’re easy to take to work and made from whole natural ingredients. Spread this protein-fueled goodness on fruit like pears and apples.
Almonds. Nuts are high in good fats and fill you up. If you’re hungry in between meals or can’t get away from your desk, a palm full or about ten almonds will do!
Low-fat Greek yogurt with blueberries is an excellent way to start your day. Blueberries are filled with antioxidants. Between them and the almonds, you’re getting major brain food to power through your workday.
If you’re feeling like you’re missing what we call the ‘carbie carbs” (potatoes, pasta, bagels), go with this sweet potato recipe. You can prep the evening before work and it’s great served cold.
